The Choose 2 Change Coaching Institute (C2CCI) develops compassionate leaders and transformational coaches through 4–8 week Transformational Cohorts, Life Coaching Certification, Mentorship Programs for individuals ages 8–80, and college internships in Youth Development and Life Coaching for students in education and human services.

 

Together, these programs equip individuals with the skills, confidence, and practical tools to lead, serve, and create meaningful impact in their communities. C2CCI is also paving the way for a future Human Services College accreditation pathway—bridging education, coaching, and real-world leadership development.

Transformational Coaching & Mentoring Cohorts

Over 4–8 weeks, participants engage in intentional mentoring, guided coaching, reflective growth, and real-life strategies designed to move them from feeling stuck to walking in strength, clarity, and purpose.

Certified Life Coaching & Mentoring Program

Our Certification Program equips purpose-driven leaders with the tools, structure, and confidence to become impactful, ethical coaches and mentors who create lasting change in individuals and communities.
