Future Leaders Matter (FLM) is a structured youth mentoring program designed to develop leadership, communication, confidence, social skills, and life skills in school-age youth. Through intentional mentorship and engaging activities, we help youth grow into confident, resilient, and capable leaders.

Tiered Attendance Options
Families may choose the tier that best fits their needs:
Tier 1 – Half Day

Includes Leadership Circle, Enrichment Blocks, Morning Snack & Breakfast

Contribution: $35 / month
Tier 2 – Extended Day

6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Includes Tier 1 benefits + Lunch + Leadership Labs

Contribution: $50 / month
Tier 3 – Full Day

Includes full leadership curriculum + all meals/snacks

PARENT ORIENTATION (REQUIRED)
Parents must attend one orientation session:
